Allotments under threat?

The current Government is reviewing local authroity obligations with a view to getting rid of as many as it can, including allotments

Meanwhile our Tory council is trying to increase our allotment rents by up to 400%, although if they don't withdraw we will take it to court for not complying with current legislation.
