- Apple tart x2
- Apple ginger cake x2
- Apple jam
- Apple sauce
- Apple wine x1 gallon
I am planning on making:
- apple chutney
Does nayone have any other ideas fo me.

Apple juice? You'll need a shredder and then a juice press - I make about 50 litres a year and freeze it in old juice cartons. It tastes just like fresh when unfrozen - unlike pasteurised juice which changes in flavour.

How about apple and ginger jam, or jelly? I think you could perhaps also process the apples to make a pectin to add to other jams etc. I'd totally make some chutney though. Perhaps you could also try cider, we made some cider from windfall apples, we just cut them up, didn't have a press.
