Cheers Ab, I asked as I should be finishing uni in just over two weeks then thinking about moving over to Bristol. I was not sure how regular their courses are. Quite fancy dipping my toes.

you surprise me Andy- i presumed you were already Mr Permaculture!!
the centre where the courses ran from (Easton Community Centre) has unfortunately closed down but apparently its hoping to get some funding and re-open soon.

some one i met on the permaculture course is running 'herbal walks'- i'm sure she wouldnt mind me posting it here- although i would double check the date if i were you cos i may have deleted an email that said something about a different date??!!

"Exploring together outside in small wilderness areas, the knowledge of native plants, passed down to us through tradition, and in use as remedies today.
As a group we'll respond to the qualities and characteristics of the plants, gathering knowledge of their benefits, how they may match our seasonal ailments,
and we will appreciate the profound way plants are able to restore balance on all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually".
