It's Not Fair!

Right. That's it!

I'm going to make bad wines from now on. I'm down to my last five gallons! Parties, you know? "Oh, that's homebrew, is it? Well, I'll just have another one."

My backside, just another one.

I suppose I should be pleased - but all of the elderberry's gone, plus the remnants of the blackberry (and even what was left of the unripe plum wine, although the culprit told me that it was full of apple flavours).

Thank goodness there's still a few hidden bits and bobs in the summerhouse - no-one goes there in winter. Friends, eh? Plonkies, every one of 'em!

mkg, do what they do in napa valley. all the winerys charge for wine tours. :drunken: :drunken: .charge all the plonkers an admission. only kidding. i doubt that they are all cheapskates, you just make great wine. :thumbright: you might ask them to supply you with the ingredients for a few batches, put their names on the bottles and thats what they get to drink.

I hide my wine and serve up beer to everyone. THree weeks before the party I start brewing a batch.

I did have to hide the slow gin this year, giving out just one liter. The think I hate most is when people turn up with a bottle of rubbish wine as a "gift", then proceed to drink everything else bar their wine.

Sympathies mate.
