Christmas pudding wine?

2 threads have got me thinking
Someone mentioned making wine from wedding cake...great idea especially if you make enough for your 50th anniversary
Then i saw a thread about Christmas puddings, which got me thinking
Who wants to have a go at Christmas pudding/ cake/ mincepie wine, make it this year, drink it next Christmas!
How would you go about it, what recipe would you use?
