ant invasion in strawberry plant container

:scratch: Hello everyone,
I need some ideas on how to get rid of ants. I have a large container of strawberry plants, I was watering them this morning and I noticed that they were INFESTED with ants :angryfire:!!! Anyone got any ideas on how to get rid of them and save my strawberry plants?

Got any mint? Strew it round the strawberries and the ants will move out :lol:

can you submerge the pot? or is it too big? lots of water puts them off and not only do they not like mint - they dont like onions either so onion ends/roots in the pot should make them move house too.
