we've been paying £675pcm since february. they gave prior notice of 3 months before the rent changed and nothing has changed since. i got our renewal of tenancy forms this morning and it states we pay £670 pcm.
i have emailed the estate agent but and thinking woohoo, if i wasn't such an honest person I could have just gone and ammended the standing order and sat on my copy of the form until they raised questions about it lol!!!
oh, and they finally have a proper address for their offices rather than a PO box which is good.
my tenancy is managed by a monkey outfit.
