Tee hee I've just done something I never thought I would do and signed up to face book (not that I've put a profile or anything one!) just so I can have a look!

I'm a member only because you can't look at it without being one - but what I want to know is how everyone else knew you were supposed to join as your real name..... I have a forum type of name because I didn't know any different UNTIL I could look at the site and see what it was about.....
Anyway the only good thing about joining is that at least I can view people's photos if they post them here linked to Facebook. Otherwise it's not my thing at all.

Yeah - I'm not awefully happy about the real name thingy either. I was also a little bit shocked when it came up with suggested "friends" there were only 2 people on the list that I actually knew - the rest were simply people I'd received an e-mail from once for some reason!

Well this is really strange - because it does not recognise my email and never has so I have never been able to search for friends that way ------ yet today I logged on there and looked at my home page and there are a number of people that I know that it is suggesting should be my friends........ INCLUDING MY HUSBAND!!!!!!! So I sent him a msg saying what the hell are you doing on this crap? or similar
- but the main thing is - how did it know to put those people there?????? A lot of them I don't know because they are friends of these friends. Dodgy indeed.
