Rick got tired of living with another 2 guys around (my tenant and his pal from Victoria) and Friday afternoon after digging a tomato bed, he disappeared. 
But it was obviously planned
, he took a sleeping bag, pillow and a backpack, so he's probably gone to a friend's.So the rest of us have divided up the chores and are awaiting the arrival of my friend Heather from Vancouver, she was supposed to come today, but got hung up in last minute errands.
We've gotten into a new thing this year, we just received 100 baby tobacco plants. So I've been on the 'Net finding out how best to grow them.
Rick is not great on change and my tenant and I changed a lot of the way things are done, mostly to make things easier, but Rick didn't like it, plus he's been bad-mouthing my tenant to other people.
So its just as well he's gone for a while, the tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife
We will manage, Heather will be here at least a month, and my tenant's pal has to find permanent housing (he's in a tent) so he'll be here at least a month too.
By then everything will be planted and we'll be harvesting certain things, its going to be a busy few weeks as we plan to put the roadside stand out too.
