Mile-stones

Hey! this is my 500th post. (can't imagine i've contributed too much really). It's been fun. This has come during a 12-month period of personal life-style changes (some enforced, some voluntary). I hope all your mile-stones bring the same measure of contendedness ( is that a real word?). Andrew.

Thank you Pumpy for making me stop and think about it. All too often milestones become lost in the furore of all the other stuff that happens and we fail to stop and look at how far we've come!
