Goose Grass

My first post!
My dog has always eaten goose grass instinctually, I believe to alleviate her itchy skin as usually she eats it when molting.
Has anyone ever eaten it themselves, recipe ideas, I have done a search of the forum and internet without finding anything productive. I have a friend with skin problems and though I could try goose grass risotto instead of nettle.

I've no idea if it is edible but I give it to the hens sometimes and they eat it. I hate the ruddy stuff as it takes over my entire woodland in great big sticky swathes.
