I must be a bit odd because I really enjoy getting older. I feel that the older I get, the more I know, the wiser I become, and the more settled I feel and the happier I am. I can never understand people who refer to childhood as the happiest days, or saying they wish they were 16 again. I'd hate it. The further away from those dreadful ages I get, the better. I read on another thread that some of you don't try to cover your grey hair, well I don't either. Although I have to admit that I do pluck out the little hair that has suddenly started growing out of the middle of my forehead. What I never expected was for bits of my eyebrows to start growing upwards and it doesn't matter how much spit I use to smooth them down, they just won't be neat.
Oh, getting old is such fun
