Nah only joking about the balliffs... that was 2007 and no the b'tards didn't win. By the time they were ready to call I was well versed in the legalities of what they could and couldn't do and how to answer all of their comments .... because we had a baliff live in our street and he was guiding me,lol.

We've been "clean" of debts since last year and a hell of a lot of worry gone away as well.

Of course I was good to her, I always am ! I let her do my breakfast in bed AND walk the dog before sending her off to work....AND I didn't complain about the burnt sausages...

Actually the truth is my son and i cooked her a meal on sunday as she had to go to work yesterday and he was back at uni but the meal was:

Prawns in a sweet chilli sauce on lightly garliced ciabata bread [ poncy prawn cocktail if you ask me] followed by raspberry sorbet followed by potato and leek soup, lemon sorbet, sirloin steak and all the trimmings including black peppercorn sauce and creamed mushroom sauce followed by Apple pie and custard. Ending with coffee and chocolates. All home made [except the cow and prawns] and prepared from fresh organic produce.

Gosh what a meal! I requested sausage, beans and chips followed by sticky toffee pudding for my birthday!

Actually, I loved that birthday menu - just a shame I wouldn't be able to eat it!
My typical 'alone' meal is 2 fish fingers & about 10 chips - not 'ish' at all, but quick & simple when Andy's at work!

Mind, I have a few prawns in the freezer... a poncy prawn cocktail type of dinner might be on the cards today, Thanks Al!
