Can't read or post in Health and Beauty section

I get a "You don't have permission to access...." when I click on Health and Beauty. Got it last nite and this morning. Can someone help?

Sir John of Headstrong fixed the problem with you not being able to see or post.
and Lady Milly Molly of Mandy was the one who moved the posts...
