Thank you Mike, will do that today. I popped the lid up yesterday to have a quick look at it and got anose full of fumes and nearly fell over !! Woohoo!

So sorry about not coming back to report, but I've been so busy I haven't had time to think.
Anyway BIG thank you to MKG and you other lovely forum members for talking me through the wine making process!
I thought that maybe you would like an update on how it turned out! It's actually rather splendid and I'm chuffed to bits. If you were closer I would come give you all a glass, but I can't so I will just raise one to you this evening!
