Never heard of 'catty-cornered' before, quite a charming phrase for something that we don't have a phrase for.

Promulgate is about putting around documentation to get it in use and gesloten (say it nice and loud! :mrgreen: ) means "closed"! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
