it is difficult for people who are on low incomes living off the land and all that. so there is a nice side for keeping it a choice. difficult tho isn't it - cos this place is GREAT... so its a matter of finding out how to keep it going without changing.
the auction things are great... santa letters is inspired. cant think of anything i have that people might want to bid for... erm... plastic bag full of Devon mud? erm....
