First day of sun yesterday, so made a start on the first pallet garden with a trough like bit at the bottom to make it more stable and increase growing space. This is a short one for under the brick barbecue thing we're going to fill with soil for squashes.
Didn't have the 'proper' material, and the staple gun broke half way through - did have an old cat chewed woolen blanket, some nails, and more fun to boot.
It's certainly not perfect, but I'm happy with it :)

Found an abandoned pallet by the sea front (we were worrying about not having enough this morning, funny how things work out) and lugged it home so more pics soon.
