Oh yes there is - pick the long bits and wrap round and around to make a wreath. Dry it for a Christmas decoration.

I think it's really quite pretty, as long as it's not somewhere where it doesn't matter.

Ok - found a good recipe for it , and it supposed to be
very beneficial to health

When i was a kid we used to 'fire' bindweed buds at one another by squeezing the green base until the white bit shot out...simple pleasures.
Cleavers has been used in the past for straining milk and the little beady bits for putting on pins (don't ask why, I dunno). I think I found this info in Richard Mabey...
