So that'll be like the tins of Heinz beans with pork sausages then (which I like!) but with egg and bacon thrown in and a bit of soggy toast? Sounds absolutely disgusting!
You missed the tea with half a tonne of sugar added at the urn stage! :pukeright:

We don't have either @ldi or lidl€s nearby, just the dreaded t€$co, ic€land & co-op.

Doesn't anyone on here make cheese? (I mean hard cheese, not just cottage/colwick cheese, I know there's a thread for that)

Argh! All this talk of toast...and butter...how could you?!

I miss toast and butter...especially butter...

We can get a sweet bread, but its not the same as proper bread. I've got a huge jar of marmite...but no toast and butter to go with it!

Going to the city this weekend, where there is a metro, and a walmart..looking for butter...

I've made halloumi, which is really simple. And I've been looking recently at making hard cheeses, but the kit to start is ridiculously expansive. I've just not worked out how to substitute with stuff I've already got, or get cheaper.

The other thing is, you can't buy raw milk in Scotland, so I'm not sure how good the results will be from pasteurised.

Once I've resolved these I'm going to have a go.
