Thanks everyone. Slowly getting the hang of this baby lark again. Having such a hungry baby is exhausting but we seem to be striking a better balance between his tum and my boobs in the last couple of days. Children go back to school tomorrow so there will be a bit of routine again, for everyone else at least if not for Max, and just the thought of that makes me feel less at sea! Just can't wait til I'm fit enough to walk and drive again (had a c-sec) and can get out and about more easily. It's my birthday today and we had takeaway pizza so as Max was asleep we left my 15 yo stepdaughter in charge and went out to collect it, just the two of us, woohoo! It was the first time I'd been out of the house since last Thursday! a half hour jaunt in the cold and dark did me the power of good.

Anyway, sure I'll be back with endless questions - DD is nearly seven and boy do you forget how hard it can be!
