Organising your time!!
A big one, as you need to have so many things going on - everything mentioned so far! But I find the hardest thing is finding the time to do everything, while still making it enjoyable!

I think we got the finest ever in the raised bed I made for our garlic this winter, from the oldest compost pile (3 years) on the place. Gorgeous black rich stuff!
