I have filtered one of mine off and added some sugar it's still bubbling and the other one is still at it too! It's cleared quite a bit in the past week or so.

Do ya reckon ours 'll be ready for Xmas Dibnah?!!! We started them at the same time didn't we?

mine is still going strong, I had a little taste and it's very gingery.

can things over ferment or is that just crazy talk.

Did anyone have a go at teh lavender wine? Was it good? Did u use the flowers that had dried on the plant or picked them when they were bright purple and then dried them (if that makes sense!). Want to try some when ive finished bottling my pear wine and have a spare demijohn again
