Ok so you are looking at this tread, it must mean you are interested in recipes. Me and dave both cook stuff from scratch every night so we have our heads full of recipes, so what sort of recipes are you looking for, let me know and I will get soem up on the main site.

i cook from scratch too...sometimes i forget that people dont?!! :shock:
and i'm vegan and gluten free...so if anyone is struggling for recipes do ask!

I cook from scratch to but I like to use whatever is in season and will cook from my lottie when I have some stuff growing...and I'm veggie and try not to use tins or processed stuff .....I cook lots and freeze and make jams and chutneys when I can....so any recipes will be great

Expect more recipes to come just kindly been sent some lentil recipes which I will put on the site soon.

RP you can eat fennel raw, people put it into salads and stuff.

I like to braise it first cut the bulbs into quaters. Then fry them in a big heavy bottomed saucepan until slightly browned.

Throw in a load of stock or gravy will do some herbs and some crushed garlic brign to the boil then simmer, until it has been reduced to look like a coating sauce serve..
