Google your name

Post: # 2933Post Andy Hamilton »

What happens when you google you name? When you do mine there is nothing about me as there are a few famous andy Hamiltons. However, google Nev sweeney in google images and there is the man himself push his lawn mower.

So what happens when you google your name, anything?

Well, I come up as a poet, a singer, a cornet player and a manager of a model agency downunder.

Poet ~ yes. If you like funny peoms. I meant 'Peoms' cos that's what I call them.

Singer ~ don't even go there unless you want a terrible noise.

A Cornet player ~ Ice cream cornet definately, but otherwise a no, no.

Model Agency Manager ~ A shorty like me would definately not be running a model agency!

Put in my short name and I come up on Traceys downshifting site as a poet and also as a scottish poet who writes rather dull stuff! (only in my humble opinion)
If in doubt ~ use a hammer!

If you Google me, Jane Lawrance, you get my yoga teaching home page, a few entries down. Have to spell my name right, though.

No pics of me pushing my lawnmower in the lotus position, though! (Yet)

Never thought of doing that before! Kathryn Russell bought up interesting stuff, not least of which was an obituary for a school teacher

I am a also Dr of Social and political philosophy, History and philosophy of science  plus an LA photographer and an activist for Class, Heterogeneity, and Culture WOW!

Who comes up with these ideas - and what a way to spend a Friday night....

I actually come up as myself first, as part of the staff list of the institute I work for. And then there's somebody else with my name in Berlin, and then myself again!!! Gosh, more fame than I thought I had. Something to do with my degree. And I also seem to play the oboe - eh, no. Used to tinkle on the piano a bit, but I only do that nowadays when nobody can hear me.

Cheers

And there I am again!!!!! Somebody actually quoted me from a letter I wrote to the Sunday Herald 3 years ago - wow! Not only was I published, but also quoted - every scientist's dream... Even if it was only a reader's letter.

Sorry about that. Had to get rid of it somehow.

Ina :?

Similar thing happens when you put in one of my names.

I'll explain - full name is Martin Zane Drew Montgomery - Martin Montgomery = normal name and Zane Drew for my Paintings (don't ask why - it just seemed a good idea at the time!!)

So when I put in Zane Drew I get a lot of Zane drew his gun etc. Not as interesting as Panting though lol

You do eventually find some of my art work at http://www.123soho.com/artists/individu ... category=P

As for Martin Montgomery none are me. A few authors, and university lecturers etc.
