That sounds like a good idea OS. I did find some outside later on in the year that I had missed digging up and they were in good condition, but the ones inside are sprouting like mad, and as you said quickly went wrinkly, I might try keeping some in boxes of damp compost to see if it stops them doing that

I have never heard of any of these potato varieties (except King Edward; nearly extinct in Oz) despite being from one of our major potato growing regions - can anyone point me to a site where I can get more info?
