Dried runner beans ?

A thought occurred to me Mike, if you have to rapid boil beans for 10 minutes to get rid of toxins, how does that work if you grind them up ?
Are you talking about ground bean flour or mashed cooked beans ?

The only beans (that i know of off the top of my head) that are toxic unsoaked/cooked are Kidney beans. The rest might give you a gassy belly ache but that should be all, and i think that given the ground beans would still be cooked Mike should be ok.
