In two weeks I will be leaving my current job as farm manager (www.cyrenians.org.uk) to go and live and work on an even more beautiful place (www.pillars.co.uk).
We have failed to recruit somebody to do the whole of my current post so instead we are looking for a sessional worker to take over the gardening bit for the rest of the season until November. The job would involve continuing the current planting/ growing and harvesting plan, to lead the many teams on the farm in the day to day activities and to advise the project worker.
The rate of pay will be competitive but negotiable and linked to experience and it is not impossible that the job would become permanent.
