I think there should be a seedy sunday in every part of the UK, it sounds fantastic! It makes some very important points on seed diversity, I'm intrigued at the idea of 'outlawed' seeds, should be outlawing the monsanto brands if you ask me...........

We have a seedy sunday in March and then a seedling sunday in May. We put on lunch - usually soups, breads and cakes for a minimal charge - they're both really well attended.

There is a potato fair and seed swap in Dulwich London this coming Sunday and Brighton seedy Sunday the following week.

There's nothing else for it, I'll have to organise one. Perhaps start small, my allotments AGM is this sunday...
