My son's erm... ecclectic taste in music! I just lay in the bath listening to him singing "Mr Sandman" in a 16yr olds breaking voice! Very funny and totally endearing!

So am I but I was just about to say before I read your post - looking at the pretty winter wonderland and being pleased that we hadn't planned to go out anywhere, and being grateful that OH works from home.......

Indeed, to awake to snow this morning, knowing OH if off till Tuesday, kids are off school, and I have done all my christmas shopping for food, drink and gifts, one smug git sits typing this.

My hubbie is redundant since I got my electric blanket, but I must say I really really love going to bed in winter now. Before the blanket I didn't want to go to bed at all, brrrrrr!

Electric blankets are wonderful.............we just keep forgetting to turn the bl**dy thing on! When we do remember it's wonderful getting into bed and making all those noises like 'ooooh, corr, luvverly' etc., etc., and then hugging!
