Anyone making any money by writing on Helium?

Perhaps writing for money doesn't exactly go here (although it is a craft by most definitions) I was just wondering if anyone on ish has had much financial sucess writing on Helium 'Where Knowledge Rules' (ooer) either as a contributor or a consumer. The two things are linked after all!

Yes, it is true writing on helium makes you write with a very high voice!Not really it is a site where you submit articles on practically any subject and then they are rated and you get paid if people read them. I have a few articles up there and have made a tiny bit of money but wondered if anyone else on ish had any experience of using it?

If anyone does decide to give it a go could I be cheeky and ask them to let me invite them? I then get paid a tiny bit too, not a share as in the writer does not get any less for what they have done, they just pay out a bit more to the person who has invited someone new. I am organicsi on there too. Even if you don't want me to get the money for inviting you, get someone to join and invite you or visa versa, its is a way of making a bit more dosh.

Apparently some people earn $400 per month but they have written 100s of articles. I have written about 30 so have only made $50 this year, my own fault... But with the weather closing in I thought I would give it another try. There is so much expertise on ish it might be a way for folk who like sharing knowledge and ideas to get some financial reward.

I'm glad I read this thread cos several times I saw the title and thought it was something to do with writing on balloons too. Then I thought when I started reading the first post, oh no, of course helium is a type of writing paper, but realise now I was thinking of Vellum.
