August Photo Competition

I enjoyed the recent photo competition so much, I asked the powers of ISH if I could run one. They have kindly agreed

I have two prizes not as exciting as a copy of the ish Bible but useful to have.

1. A copy of Starting with Sheep by Mary Castell

2. A copy of Starting With Turkeys by Katie Thear.

I'll set up the voting at the end of August. 1 photo per person.

I thought as a subject it would be nice to have "My Place" as in that little spot on the planet that you like to go to and just sit, think and watch the world go by.

Hope you have fun and I'm looking forward to some lovely pics.

Hey SusieGee! I have that Green Man in my garden too. I think my daughter gets a bit confused when I call him the Green Man, though, because it's not the same one who helps us cross the road

Not entirely sure I've uploaded this right, and I'm no photographer, but this is where I'm living for now =o)

This is the Seine, we're in a house right next to it, and in this direction it flows towards Paris.

gah I agonised over which picture to submit. I love the sea..and the moors.. and my bed
but I think my favouritist place of all is at home. so.. its not artistic.. but one of the few pictures of me you will find on here....
