Well all muffins gone ... did anyone notice they were gluten free? :wink: Dont have a recipe for these, its one thing I cheat on its a kit and I make them big muffins, with a restricted diet sometimes you just don't give a damn... :flower:

Busy... well school hols are here and as a childminder its is a busy time.. so apart from practising spinning and cross stiching to chill life is full of football, painting, parks and museums ... hohum ...to think I get paid for being a child. oh and net is now fully working ... :cheers:
