I have just been given some fresh yeast from my local supermarket for baking but not sure how to store or how much to use? Also i would love to be able to keep it growing so i have a continues supply, Can anyone help

			For 500g of flour use a 7g envelope of dry yeast or 20 g of fresh yeast. 			Anyone know how you get fresh yeast to grow? Apart from making it eat its greens

lol, not yet but once i get going it won't last me long. I am sure my mum will want a loaf or 2 off me too as well as my sis and brothers
