It feels a bit weird replying to my own question, but now and again I remember a father's day card my eldest daughter made for her dad when she was little. The message inside read, "Happy Farters Day".

the girls i work with (in care) are great but do have problems. One is that they hit out in temper. On the last funny occasion one decided that she no longer wanted the other one to sit next to her at dinner. In a typical (she is 16) 4 year old style she put her hand across the seat so the other one could not sit down. Who retaliated by pinching the hand ( not too hard because there was no mark) the first one squealed and slapped the bare arm of the pincher ( not hard enough to leave fingermarks) Screams of outrage and copious amounts of tears brought me and my peer running. It really was a fairly insignificant tiff . Sometimes they can be harsh. But on this occassion it wasn't what was funny was myself racing to the scene to see both of them tears and snot running down faces and mouths so wide in their wailing that they looked just like a pair of guppy fish.

i am sensitive really really i am but it was funny

Ellis (28 months) had been out playing in the garden yesterday, and when he came in I noticed that he had something mud-like smeared under his eyes.

So I say to him 'Ellis, what on Earth is that under your eyes?'

So he looks at me as though I'm a complete idiot and says....

'Nose'.....

Well, ask a stupid question.......
I took my dog to play frisbee. She was useless. I think I need a flatter dog.
