Mushroom found in woods?

I live in the Uk in the woods and found this with many scattered around it like a team.
Any ideas of the name and if it's edible?

Looks like a Psathyrella. Might be Agrocybe praecox with the ring rubbed off. Not worth eating if it is edible at all. Not seriously poisonous either.
