KP is hereditary, it does get worse when you're more hormonal. Like I said, I had to take quite a bit of Omega-3 to get rid of mine as it's quite severe. I've read various dietary treatments that have worked for different people so I do tend to think of it acting up when there's a deficiency or allergy present.Don't go with for scrubbing to try and get rid, that can leave discoloured skin :(

Everybody's body works slightly differently. Some people do best on a vegan diet, some do best on a veggie + dairy diet, and some do best eating meat. Experiment with the advice given above, but keep in mind that what works for some people may not work for you, and vice-versa.

Personally, I couldn't survive on a meatless diet. Seriously, I'm missing some of the enzymes needed to digest plant protiens, and I have the lab tests to prove it! I'm biologically a carnivore :)
