Maybe it's trying to tell you something. You might find that you qualify for shared ownership.

I use rightmove all the time and have never come across shared ownership!

Is it a very specific area you are looking at? maybe that is all that is available?

We are eligible for shared ownership, but we'd rather rent than do that hahaha!

the area's none-specific, just within a 40mile radius of Acton in west london because that's where Jim works... nope. giving up on that idea. I've got hubby to agree to think about certain places further afield, but still in Essex so I'll still be near my mum and friends.and it's gonna be at least a year before we start looking in earnest!
