Gratuitous garden photos - warning, LOTS of photos

Post: # 102388Post hamster »

Just thought I'd put these up in case anybody wanted to see how my great container gardening experiment is going.

Herbs in a Freecycle window box (not big enough to see yet!!).

Strawberries starting to flower.

Blueberries (and just planted lettuces, rocket and pak choi) in old wine boxes.

Potatoes in old compost bags.

And my one usable bed with peas and beans in:

Can I also say thank you to the anonymous isher who gave me the seeds. I got them as part of my Secret Santa present and never managed to find out who sent them, but I am very grateful!
They're not weeds - that's a habitat for wildlife, don't you know?
