Sister in Law's xmas gift
I have a sister in law called Jules. Every year I make her xmas gift 'cos she prefers home-made gifts. she says they're filled with love, and I quite agree.
Jules has been living in the UK now for about 5 years. she's a texan who fell for a good old Essex-Boy
anyway, as more of a joke gift than anything else, I decided to take a family guy joke and roll with it for her xmas present this year.
I put on the card "just because you've been expatriated does not mean you have to give up your constitutional rights" and placed the gift in a gift bag, and just left it to her to guess the rest of the meaning. like a christmas riddle if you will.
she read the card and then thoughtfully opened the bag. she then laughed so loudly I think the other end of the street heard!! "oh my god! I have the right to bear arms! they're bear arms! that's soooo coool that's going on my office wall right now, you're mad! did you dissect a teddy bear for that?! you're completely frickin nuts woman!"
I bask in the glory yet again of being the most mental gift giver.

Love it!

And I took the one less travelled by
And that has made all the difference.
