from a couple of books -- these don't need a mordant (but different colours can be made by using one of them)

St John's Wort flowers (fresh)
Rose Mallow (hardy hibiscus) flowers
Purple Loosestrife (whole plant tops)
Indigo (leaves)
Woad
Weld
Walnut leaves
Henna

also from my experiments
Onion skins
Beetroot
Mahonia Aquifolia
Turmeric
Food colourings -- not sure how light-fast these will be

Alum seems to be the main mordant in most other dyeing processes (for wool)
