Got script, need programmer

I've been trying to start a dating website for the last few months. Unfortunately, my programmer has had very little time to work on it, and now he has no time at all (the good news is, this is because he got custody of his son).

I have:
1 dating site script
2 Payment processor add-ons
1 domain name registered
A list of customizations (graphics, content, disclaimers, etc)

I need:
A webhost that can handle the expected traffic (who does SSish's hosting?)
Somebody who can put it all together

I'm offering $100US to the person who can get my site up and running. Any takers?
