Timber frame? Are you sure?

So I'm building an extension to my house, and have decided to turn it into a timber frame building course, from floor to rafters
Apart from insurance the course is is free, although a comitment of time and labour will be required
It is 10 day (two five day weeks) starting the beginning of april
I have taught on courses, but never run the admin so any advice from you that have run similar endevours much appreciated
I have a couple of spaces so if anyones is interested in carpentry in west Cork (Ireland) let me know
