a good recipe for pickled white cabbage?
I got the most enormous white organic cabbage in my veggie box this week and need to use it all up. I thought maybe that I could pickle some of it rather than just cook it and freeze it down.
Anyone?
Does anyone have....

How about sauerkraut?

I've only tried it once - that was quite enough for me.

I have found a recipe for Korean Pickled Cabbage, but I am hoping someone has a tried and tested recipe. I mean cabbage needs to be tarted up sometimes doesn't it?!!
There is nothing nicer than fresh coleslaw or steamed cabbage with butter and pepper on it. I have so much of the stuff I need to use it up. I hate to waste it. I know my rabbit will get some of the offcuts, but I intend to put it to good use.
