I used to have a book, 100 recipes in colour - vegetables and salads - edited by Norma MacMillan and Wendy James.
If anyone has it, could you please let me have the recipe for the cabbage gratin? I think it was in that book. The book itself can be bought for £2.80, but as I only need the one recipe, I thought I'd see if anybody else had it first.

Have you tried the library? Ours has several books by that author - unfortunately not this particular one.

Have you looked on Google for a recipe. I just had a look and there are loads. I'm sure some of them must be pretty close to the one you like.
