Hi - wonder if anyone can give any advice about soya milk. I am trying to cut out sugar from my diet and so decided to stop drinking dairy milk as I didn't realise how much sugar it contains so switched to soya milk and after a while got used to the somewhat cardboard flavour! However after some research about soya articles state that unfermented soya is actually harmful and we should only consume fermented soya - does anyone know if there are any fermented soya milks brands, none of the packaging states if fermented or not but it seems that no soya milk is fermented?
