You all seem to be such proficient chefs. Well here is a place to share some of that cooking knowledge. Or do you have a cooking problem? Ask away. Jams and chutneys go here too.

Busy morning cooking

Post: # 277612Post old tree man »

I have had a busy morning, I've made 12 individual game pies one large pigeon and pheasant pie cooked with home made elderberry wine, six individual gammon quiches and one family size one, 12 cup cakes with home made rose hip jelly inside, so I am going to sit down and relax the rest of the day with a cup of tea and a game of scrabble with Jane :thumbright: :flower:

What are you eating first?

Perfect weather for staying in and baking.

I'm a whizz at Scrabble and love game pies. What time do you want me round?
