Pilot bread was made from whole grain wheat flour, flax, qunioa, sunflower, and poppy seeds.Pictures depict the process. To soften steam or place in the microwave for about one minute or both procedures. With moisture the breaad must be stored in the re3frigerator and it keeps for about ten days without mold forming.
