I've not used this particular one, but others from the same series. I found them really useful, had some great exercises in and I do like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Overcoming Anger and Irritability by William Davies

Umm, well without really knowing what is the cause of the anger it's difficult.

Are you drinking, getting enough sleep, exercising etc etc etc.

If you are a bit fed up, and have a history of abuse, again so personal, http://www.amazon.co.uk/Managing-Anger- ... 351&sr=1-1

I found this really usefull and went from being a very angry young man, to the mild mannered and layed back poster you see before you now.

What about a book on meditation?
It might help to calm you down a but when you recognise the angriness welling up.

OK, I can now reply, you mention a bf, I thought you were a man, so you're either gay, which is fine, or all along it was PMT!

* Runs and gets coat and that.

Sorry
