Recently started foraging for fruit and came across these this morning while walking. Ive had a look on the internet and on the site and i think they are damsons but not 100% sure. Ive took a photo to show you's. Ive also cut one open it is is very sour/dry tasting. The bush itself did not have any thorns on so its not a blackthorn bush. Pls help. Just purchased food for free to help with these sort of questions.
I think after looking at this post they could be plums?
